  3. Recommend for the National park Bohemian Switzerland.

    • That’s in the Czech Republic right? I haven’t personally been, though download the app and see if someone has a guide up for that area already :) Otherwise after your trip you could create one for others heading through too.

Happy holidays! Safe travels in 2016 – enjoy the Czech Republic.

  4. What a super idea. Trying to find the optimal photo for social media and blog posts has been key to building our nomadicboys brand and we’re always desperate to try to get away from *another* photo of Angkor Wat or *another* sunrise beach photo. Not that there’s anything wrong with them, but putting that little bit of effort to making them unique makes all the difference.

    • Making a shot unique really does make all the difference – I’ve found especially if building a brand, unique shots which people haven’t seen before go a long way to boosting engagement. And they stay on your page because they know you’re offering unique perspectives which they can’t find anywhere else :)

So Fripito is such a brilliant concept! Happy snapping!

  5. Coolness, I just downloaded this! I can’t wait to see how my own photography changes. Thank you for sharing this!

    • Glad to hear it! Enjoy!

  6. Downloaded! I’m definitely still learning photography skills, and this app will surely help a lot in my travels. I can’t wait until the U.S. national parks guide comes out — that will be so helpful for the national parks road trip I’m planing for all of 2016! Thanks, Megan!

    • National Parks road trip sounds epic! What a great trip to kick start 2016 :) Have a look through the app in the interim, and they’ve probably got a number of guides which speak to specific parks and locations too :)

      Happy travels!

  7. Definitely an app I need to try- especially since my next trip is going to be Iceland and there’s no way I can waste the incredible photo opps there.

    • Ooooh you’ll LOVE Iceland, and yes, it’s absolutely a photographer’s playground. Definitely pull up one of the photo guides to Iceland before your trip :)

      Happy travels!

  8. What a fabulous idea for a guide. I have taken to go to instagram when I travel somewhere to get ideas on the coolest and least common angles and shots so this is a much better way to do that. Also, I am never great at photos so if it comes with a guide on how best to take them it kind of kills two birds with one stone. Thanks for always brining so many great products.

    • Isn’t it though! Instagram has been a great source of inspiration for me too, though the idea of a guide specifically made about a location by local photographers is brilliant. I’m really looking forward to uploading some of my own guides over time too :)

  9. What a cool app! I can’t wait to check it out so I can learn more about photography.

    • Enjoy!

  10. You nailed it with this post! I am very much into photography (street and landscape) and always go the extra mile to shoot something unique, but have currently encountered a small block in my creativity. Will definitely check on this app!

    • Thanks Kinga! This is the perfect way to fix that photographers block – they’ve come up with a really fabulous concept for boosting creativity when it comes to our travel photos :)

Enjoy! Here’s to unique and amazing photos in 2016!

  11. This app sounds amazing! I am definitely looking for tips to take better pictures all the time, so this will come in handy. Off to download the app!
