This article is part of the Hipmunk #CityLove Project

Theater-lovers from all over the world flock to Branson, Missouri for world-class shows and entertainment, and as one of the leading entertainment capitals in the world, it’s not hard to figure out why.

On any given night, over 100 shows will run, delighting fans of musical theater, comedy sketches and magical performers alike.

But while Branson may be known for its theater scene and thriving entertainment district, there is still plenty on offer for those who didn’t come exclusively to see the live shows.

Plentiful Outdoor Activities

Perhaps you would enjoy hiking or horseback riding through the beautiful Ozark Mountains.  Maybe a few rounds of golf on world-renowned courses is more your speed.

Fishing or kayaking is a fun way to spend the day on one of Branson’s three spectacular lakes, and adrenaline junkies have their choice of an amazing range of outdoor activities.

High Flying

Branson has many adventurous outdoor activities on offer, however two of the best include parasailing and zip-lining.

There is no better way to view Table Rock Lake or the sprawling Ozark Mountains than from above, and these are probably the most exciting ways to experience the area.

It doesn’t matter what your taste is, Branson wineries have something for everyone.

Caving for All Ages
